Tony's Move From Specialist to Broker!

I recently passed my exam for the Mortgage Brokers course through Sauder School of Business at UBC and have now made the move from a Mortgage Specialist to Mortgage Broker. I made the move for many reasons but mostly so I could become even more of an advocate for my clients. As an independent broker I work for you! Not a lender and not a bank. I've chosen a company with a great reputation here in the Lower Mainland and across the country. That company being Mortgage Alliance West. I will now have access to over 40 lenders. My job is to really get to know my clients. To find out what's important to them. What their current financial situation is. What their short and long term goals are. Whether the lowest rate, prepayment options or other features may be important for the financing they require. We'll also start strategies, give advice and make proposals on how to get your mortgage paid off sooner rather than later.

I'm very excited about my new role and passionately care about helping people through the knowledge, experience, honesty and integrity I bring to every client interaction.

Sincerely,

Tony
